The baseline table was reviewed on 2026-09-18. The launch follow-up records a later review. Site content and pricing may change. Links use canonical URLs without tracking parameters.
| ID | Source | What it supports / how reviewed |
|---|---|---|
| E1 | Every Agent homepage | Positioning, audience, weekly recaps, follow-ups, Figma example. Read public HTML; web fetch tool initially failed, direct HTTPS succeeded. |
| E2 | Interactive tour | Three feature slides and final FAQ. Opened in Chrome, advanced through all four slides, expanded all eight FAQ questions. |
| E3 | Slack installation and FAQ | Full public FAQ, scope modes, access rules, memory, dashboard, retention, and membership pricing. Read public HTML; corroborates tour FAQ. |
| E4 | Pricing | Usage billing, prepaid balance, auto-refill and caps. Conflicts with E2/E3 membership language. |
| E5 | Support | Mentions and DMs, support channel, diagnostic information. |
| E6 | Privacy policy | Effective 2026-08-17; Google data, subprocessors, classifier, files, browsing, retention and deletion. Read public HTML, with focused extraction of retention/subprocessor sections. |
| E7 | Terms | Google operation categories, accounts, team members and payment terms. Reviewed for product scope, not legal advice. |
| E8 | Every Help Center | Linked help destination inspected; no additional agent-specific feature article verified. |
| T1 | Telegram Bot API | Current API reference. Queried via Context7 and official web documentation. |
| T2 | Telegram bot features | Commands, privacy mode, Mini Apps, topics, newer bot-to-bot and guest features. |
| T3 | Telegram bot FAQ | Delivery modes, rate limiting, general update behavior. Older bot-to-bot wording conflicts with T2; use the more specific current feature documentation. |
| D1 | Hono on Workers | Historical bootstrap source; superseded for runtime by the Node/Docker decision. |
| D2 | Hono testing | In-process request testing, retrieved with Context7. |
| D3 | Workers best practices | Historical Cloudflare bootstrap reference; no longer our deployment target. |
| D4 | Wrangler commands | Historical bootstrap CLI reference; Wrangler has since been removed. |
| D5 | Harness AGENTS template | Repository instructions adapted for this standalone backend. |
Boundaries
No Every account was created, app installed, payment made, or authenticated dashboard inspected. The research verifies public statements, not actual execution quality, connector completeness, or internal implementation. Illustrative Slack conversations are marketing examples. The dashboard inventory is described by the FAQ; its controls were not tested. Privacy disclosures suggest technical capabilities but do not establish availability, performance, or a supported connector catalog.
The site's robots.txt and sitemap.xml returned 404 during discovery. Navigation
links and the interactive tour were used to find relevant public pages. General Every
editorial articles and its other products were excluded from the core feature inventory.
This repository stores original research notes and product requirements rather than copies of the site's HTML, marketing assets, or source code.
Every Agent launch follow-up (2026-10-07)
Read public pages using the web retrieval tool. The original E1–E8 records remain historical; E9–E12 support the October findings and recommendations.
| ID | Source | What it supports / how reviewed |
|---|---|---|
| E9 | Current product page | Coding, workflow examples, permissions and current per-user pricing. Navigation to Connections, Use cases and Pricing stays on this page; these are not three independently verified catalogs. |
| E10 | Introducing the Every Agent | Published 2026-10-06. Public release, shared skills, Frontier Alerts, runtime disclosure and integration-count claim. First-party announcement, not independent execution evidence. |
| E11 | Current pricing | Membership, trial credits, workspace balance and refill rules; supersedes the September usage-only reading of the same URL. |
| E12 | Current installation FAQ | Refreshed connector-sharing, retained-file and onboarding claims. Legacy scope guidance should be read alongside the newer product page, not treated as an expanded Telegram capability. |
No authenticated UI, purchase or connector operation was tested. The launch announcement is included because it directly describes the product release; unrelated editorial articles and other Every products remain outside this inventory. Search snippets still surfaced the old beta homepage, so current page retrieval and the dated announcement were used for launch status. The tour URL returned only a minimal public shell on this review and supplied no new verified detail.
Implementation-plan sources (2026-09-18)
- Pi upstream and its agent/AI package README and manifests: verified current naming and embedded runtime APIs using Context7 and direct official documents. Older examples use a different package scope.
- pg-boss: PostgreSQL jobs, transactions and retries. Context7 did not resolve the upstream package; official docs used.
- Hono Node adapter: server and shutdown.
- Docker multi-stage builds: image layout; official Docker documentation retrieved with Context7.
- React Router SPA mode: static admin UI and client data-loading design, retrieved with Context7.
- Telegram web login: admin identity.
Pi, PostgreSQL, pg-boss and the web panel remain planned. The Node/Docker scaffold was built and smoke-tested locally; no production deployment occurred.
Repository reports implementation sources (2026-10-07)
- GitHub REST pull requests and installation-token endpoints: retrieved with Context7; repository item reads and PR metadata.
- GitHub REST API description: Context7 schema excerpts for issue/PR distinctions, reviewer requests and fields. The implementation requests read-only permissions and constructs canonical URLs.
- Temporal PlainDate implementation: Context7 verified named-zone start-of-day conversion. The existing pinned 0.5.1 dependency is used for calendar report windows, with 23/25-hour DST fixtures.
Open Code Review integration, 2026-10-08
The requested documentation entry point returned
404 in the web retrieval tool. Current official docs were retrieved through Context7
(/alibaba/open-code-review) and the upstream documentation source. The official
CLI's npm package metadata and version 1.12.12 were checked directly; delegation
commands were exercised on disposable local Git commits without model credentials.
| Source | Scope |
|---|---|
| Delegation documentation | OCR file selection and grouped rules with a host agent such as Codex; no OCR LLM credential required. |
| Delegation skill | JSON commands, per-file checklist, coverage and exclusion reporting; external context remains data. |
| Official CLI package | Pinned CLI distribution and platform binaries. |
These sources document an integration contract, not independently verified review quality. Live semantic acceptance remains a release gate.
Shared providers and GitHub branding, 2026-10-08
- OpenAI models list:
Context7 and official documentation confirmed bearer-authenticated
/modelsand modeldata[].idvalues. The standard response does not establish endpoint compatibility, context capacity or prices. - Codex custom providers: official documentation confirms per-provider base URLs, model selection and the Responses configuration used by the existing task proxy.
- GitHub manifest and custom badges: Context7 and official pages confirmed that logos are uploaded by the owner after registration, using PNG/JPG/GIF under 1 MiB; 200×200 is the recommended size.
